Model 2065
The Model 2065 is made of two joined opaline methacrylate saucer-shaped diffusers, suspended from a black painted aluminum ceiling canopy. The simplicity of the design and lightness of the materials makes for an elegant and free-floating luminaire. The newest version adds to these features in terms of sustainability: the diffusers are made of Green Cast, a 100% recycled and recyclable PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) — patented and made in Italy — that has exactly the same aesthetic and functional quality of original methacrylate. Wherever it is placed, Model 2065 is an effortless, iconic design, serving as a testament to the enduring timelessness of midcentury Italian design.
